The following page contains the Reservation Form. Print it out (right click on the form and select "print") and fill in the requested information. Mail it with a check representing half the rental fee as determined from the Rate schedule to the address on the form. Note that the basic rate schedule is for up to four people. There is an extra charge for additional people.
The final half of the fee plus the security deposit is due 30 days before the rental period.
